INGREDIENTS

Dough

  • 1 cup butter, very soft (almost melted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (or use more vanilla)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Topping

  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cream butter and sugar in a massive mixing bowl. Beat in egg, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir within the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips. cowl dough and relax for as a minimum 30 minutes.
  2. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle shape this is approximately 1/4" thick. Use a knife or pizza cutter to reduce the dough into strips which can be about 1" by way of 4".
  3. area strips on parchment coated cookie sheets and bake at 375° for approximately eight-10 mins or until gently browned on the bottom edges. let take a seat on pans for a couple minutes, then take away to cooling racks.
  4. Cool cookies completely. melt each of the chips in a ziplock bag in the microwave at half electricity. Snip the nook and drizzle over the tops of the cookies. add sprinkles.
