My VERY preferred cookie to experience throughout the holiday season are those Kris Kringle Christmas Cookies. They’re usually the maximum asked cookies from own family and friends with their tender and chewy texture and melt-in-your mouth delicious flavor.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup white chocolate morsels
• 1 cup dried cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS

1. heat oven to 375 F. Line a large cookie sheet/baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Beat butter and sugar in massive bowl with mixer till light and fluffy.
3. mixture in eggs and vanilla. upload flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and cranberries.
4. Drop rounded spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons) of dough, 1-1/2 inches aside, onto baking sheets.
5. Bake for about nine mins. Cool on baking sheets for about 1 minute and cast off to wire racks to cool completely.
