  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 & ½ cups mini chocolate chips, divided

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. First, make your dough: in the bowl of a stand mixer fixed with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until creamy, about 2 mins. Beat within the milk and vanilla. finally, beat inside the salt and flour till a gentle dough has shaped. Stir in a single (1) cup of the chocolate chips.
  2. Take a brownie bite and location a rounded Tablespoon of dough on top of the brownie chew. gently sandwich with another brownie chew, forming a sandwich. location on a foil-coated baking sheet and repeat with ultimate sandwiches.
