Chicken artichokes

Ingredients

1 pound white button mushroom (halved or headquartered)

2 tablespoons of mustard chocolate

1 clove of garlic (chopped)

1/4 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup of red wine

1/4 teaspoon of dried basil

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon of dried tarragon

1 bay leaf

salt and pepper (to taste)

Direction

Preheat oven 350ºF.
Place the chicken, side of the skin, in a baking sheet. Distribute the artichoke hearts, onions and mushrooms above. In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, spice wine, dry, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours, polishing every 1/2 hour.
