Material
FOR COOL

  • 1 1/2 cup crumbs of graham crackers
  • 5 tablespoons without liquid Salt butter

  • TO FILL CHEESECAKE

    • room temperature of 10 oz cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup of sugar
    • 1 large egg at room temperature
    • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line 8 inch square baking sheet with parchment paper or foil allows a little jut and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.

    4. In a bowl of a stand mixer equipped with paddle attachments or in a large bowl with a creamy electric mixer along with cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix eggs and Esen at low speed until included. Pour the cheese cake mixture into the prepared crust. Use your hands to form clots. Flatten the dough in the palm of your hand to flatten it slightly. Distribute the cake mixture onto the cheese cake mixture. Be sure to use all the dough. You will cover most of the cheese cake dough.
    5. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the top feels dry and firm (cake mixture) and the whole pan looks set if given a soft shake. Move the bar to the cooling rack and let it cool completely.
    6. Lift the Bar out with an overhang; cut the desired size and store it in the refrigerator. Serve cold or at room temperature.
