With busy schedules this time of year (Football, gymnastics, baseball, piano recitals, and graduation), there isn't much time to spend on dinner so I love a one-pot pasta dish ready in less than 30 minutes!
We have worked with Ragú to bring you one of our favorite dishes - Creamy spaghetti and sausage - which only takes 30 minutes from start to finish. The best part is that you throw it all in one pan (including raw pasta) and let all cook together! That's really maked
INGGREDIENTS
- 2 (24 ounces) jars of traditional pasta sauce (shared)
- 1 (15 ounces) can be chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package of spaghetti noodles
- 1 (16 ounces) package of pre-cooked Turkish Italian sausage (slices)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian spices
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour 1 pasta sauce jar and chicken broth into the bottom of a large (12 inch) braising pan or Dutch oven pan.
- Break the spaghetti noodles in half and mix with the sauce and broth.
- Add sausage slices, tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Italian spices.
- Pour another jar of spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of water into the pan and turn on the high heat. After starting to boil, reduce the heat to medium heat and let it cook for 9-10 minutes (or until the noodles become al dente), stir every few minutes so the noodles don't stick together and are evenly cooked.
- Reduce the heat to low and mix sour cream and mozzarella cheese.
- Let the heat cook lower for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese completely melts.
- Spoon into individual servings.es cook and clean the wind.
