Material

• Ice
• 3 ounces of cream
• 2 ounces of strong cooled brewed or cold brewed coffee (such as a mixed Starbucks® Holiday)
• 1½ ounces of bourbon
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons of Prima sugar
• ¼ teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
• ¼ teaspoon of fresh grated nutmeg, added for garnish
• A pinch of cinnamon powder
• Fresh whipped cream, to serve
• Cinnamon sticks

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine cream, coffee, bourbon, eggs, sugar, Allspice Dram, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Shake hard for at least 1 minute then strain the mixture into a cup of Irish coffee. Decorate with whipped cream, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
