Skip the store-bought eggnog and grab fresh eggs for a cocktail-made holiday. Little nutmeg, cinnamon and Allspice Delicious liqueurs complement our spicy Starbucks® Holiday.
Material
- Ice
- 3 ounces of cream
- 2 ounces of strong cooled brewed or cold brewed coffee (such as a mixed Starbucks® Holiday)
- 1½ ounces of bourbon
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons of Prima sugar
- ¼ teaspoon St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- ¼ teaspoon of fresh grated nutmeg, added for garnish
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Fresh whipped cream, to serve
- Cinnamon sticks
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine cream, coffee, bourbon, eggs, sugar, Allspice Dram, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Shake hard for at least 1 minute then strain the mixture into a cup of Irish coffee. Decorate with whipped cream, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks.
