However, cooking at home has been rather difficult. That's why this super easy, neat one-pan spaghetti fully saves us from calorie-ridden take-out food.
INGREDIENTS:

1 (12.8-ounce) package of smoke andouille sausage, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 cups split in two grape tomatoes
2 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely fed
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
Halal salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan

DIRECTION:
- In a large pan or Dutch oven Heat, combine spaghetti, sausage, onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic and 4 1/2 cups of water; Season with salt and pepper for flavor.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and let it boil, uncover, until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is reduced, about 8-10 minutes. Stir Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
