Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp pasta is made in only one pan and is ready in 30 minutes! Fresh shrimp got cooked in a butter lemon garlic sauce and got tossed in fresh parmesan cheese and pasta. That will be a new favorite!

Back to when I hate shrimp. Yes I hate shrimp. But I really believe in giving opportunities. As an example. I used to hate salmon. Now this is hands down my favorite thing to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces of Linguine Pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of shale red pepper
- 1¼ pound of big shrimp
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Italian spices
- 4 cups of spinach
- ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
- Juice 1 tablespoon of lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pan, cook pasta in water according to the instructions for boiling. Drain and set aside.
- Use the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and shale red pepper and cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. Add Italian spices and spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the pasta back to the pan with the remaining butter, parmesan and parsley. It's still mixed and the butter melts.
- Add lemon juice before serving and serving while hot.
