Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp pasta is made in only one pan and is ready in 30 minutes! Fresh shrimp got cooked in a butter lemon garlic sauce and got tossed in fresh parmesan cheese and pasta. That will be a new favorite!

Back to when I hate shrimp. Yes I hate shrimp. But I really believe in giving opportunities. As an example. I used to hate salmon. Now this is hands down my favorite thing to eat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces of Linguine Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of shale red pepper
  • 1¼ pound of big shrimp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian spices
  • 4 cups of spinach
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
  • Juice 1 tablespoon of lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large pan, cook pasta in water according to the instructions for boiling. Drain and set aside.
  2. Use the same pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and shale red pepper and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. Add Italian spices and spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add the pasta back to the pan with the remaining butter, parmesan and parsley. It's still mixed and the butter melts.
  5. Add lemon juice before serving and serving while hot.
