These are every bit as rich, decadent and spoil when they see. Brownies are super thick and fudgy filled with chocolate chips topped with a salty caramel layer. If you're into ooey, sticky, and fudgy-you don't want to miss this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of butter
- 4 ounces of Semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/3 cup of chocolate powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip
- about 10 ounces of caramel sauce
- coarse sea salt
DIRECTION:
- Heat to 350ºF. Brush 9 x 9 pan.
- Melt the butter and semi sweet chocolate. Let it cool slightly.
- Stir sugar and eggs. Mix flour, cocoa powder and salt. You turn the chocolate chips over.
- Spread the dough in a prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the toothpicks inserted are mostly clean.
- Let it cool completely before topping with caramel sauce and splashing with sea salt.
